Q:Do I need an account to place an order? 
A:No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time. 

Q:I’ve forgotten my password - what should I do? 
A:On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password. 

Q:When will my order ship?
A:Confirmed orders usually process within 1-3 business working days. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive the notify information through email.

Q:Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
A:An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled.

Q:What if the item I received is damaged?
A:If the item you received has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g. the product is broken or missing parts), we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a refund may be issued. Please direct all return inquiries to us within 7 DAYS from the the date of receipt.

Q:How long does delivery take and how can I track my item?
A:Our shipping time is 7-15 business days.

A:Shipping on orders over USD 30 is free. A nominal shipping fee is charged for orders under USD 30.

A:We only sell new items.

A:All products are guaranteed to be authentic.

Q:How do I subscribe to your newsletter? 
A:In the footer of the homepage, there is a text box under “Sign up for our newsletter” where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email notifying you that you are subscribed. Our subscribers are the first to receive sale alerts, new arrivals and discount codes.
